New client FAQ

R&R is a Physio-led practise offering specialist Physiotherapy services along side reformer Pilates. This approach utilises the extensive skills and knowledge of the therapists on anatomy, movement patterns, injury management and rehabilitation to help keep you moving towards your fitness goals, all the while keeping you exercising in a safe and effective way.
-
We offer Physio-led Pilates for individuals of all ages, ranging from late teens to those in their 80's. The beauty of using reformer machines lies in the ability to adapt the springs and exercises to meet everyone's needs.
Don’t allow an injury or surgery to deter you; reformer machines may be a fantastic choice to support your rehabilitation and recovery process.
-
If you are considering incorporating resistance-based training and mindful movement into your workout regimen, reformer Pilates is an excellent option to explore. In your class introduction we will familiarise you with the reformer machine, allowing you to determine if this form of exercise aligns with your preferences.
-
All new clients must book in for a class introduction. This is an in-depth one on one assessment led by our expert physiotherapists who will examine your biomechanics and movement patterns. We will also introduce you to the equipment to ensure you have the safest start to group classes.
-
Even if you have done Pilates classes before coming to R&R, this one to one session ensures that you get the most out of your classes as our physiotherapists will have a thorough understanding of your medical history and movement patterns so that each class can be tailored to suit your needs.
If you are planning on doing private Pilates, you do not need to do a class intro as your first session will encompass this.
-
We do not offer direct billing with any insurance companies but some of our therapists are registered with most insurance companies and we can provide you with an invoice which you submit to claim back the cost of your Physiotherapy treatment with us.
Please let us know when booking your appointment if you intend to claim back with insurance and which insurance company you are with.
